Founded in Ontario by Anthony Cringoli, Canadian partner of Topos Italy, Topos Canada Inc. represents the natural evolution of almost three decades of topographic and engineering experience.
Born from a shared vision of precision, sustainability, and innovation, the Canadian branch was established to provide advanced surveying, lot grading, and green engineering services tailored to the demands of modern Canadian development. Operating across diverse projects, from residential design to large-scale infrastructure, Topos Canada Inc. integrates European technical rigor with local regulatory insight, ensuring that each survey and layout plan supports design accuracy and construction efficiency.

2013 – The Technological Leap
A decade earlier, Topos embraced a fundamental shift in methodology by introducing drone mapping systems and digital image processing into its geomatic workflow.
Through advanced photogrammetry and 3D modeling, the team achieved centimeter-level precision, pioneering data collection methods that drastically improved both productivity and environmental awareness. This technological innovation laid the groundwork for today’s smart mapping and digital twin systems, setting Topos apart as a forward-thinking leader in geospatial solutions.

1993 – The Italian Foundation
The story begins in Italy, where Topos was founded in 1993 and quickly became recognized for its technical excellence and attention to detail.
Over the following decades, the team carried out more than 2,000 topographic surveys covering over 100,000 hectares, producing accurate cartographic data across multiple regions and scales.
The firm’s portfolio includes GPS and celerimetric surveys, precision leveling, bathymetric studies, photogrammetry, and cadastral cartography , disciplines that built the foundation for a culture of accuracy and craftsmanship that continues to define Topos today.
